I'M JOSH.
I value Health above all else.
Everything I do depends on my health. If I want to perform well in my job, I need to have good health. If I want to be dependable for my friends and family, I need to have good health. If I want to live a good life, I need to have good health.
Without good health there isn't much to enjoy, let alone live for.
So I created Rubicon Fitness to help others make an irrevocable commitment to crossing over into good health.
